A short call to understand your business and where the pressure is. You'll get an honest read on whether we're a fit and where a platform would pay off first — no cost, no commitment.
Step 2 · $1k
We map your systems and workflows and hand you a written report: where the money leaks, what to build first, and a fixed quote for the build and the monthly operations. Yours to keep — and the $1k is credited toward your build if you go ahead.
Step 3 · $15k–$40k one-time
Read-only connections go in and the unified data platform is built. From there we figure out together which products actually drive value, and we build those first. First data products are ready by week 3.

We run the platform — your numbers recomputed several times a day — and keep shaping it around what's working. How closely we work is set in your quote — from a monthly working session to embedded with your team week to week. What it never is: a handoff.
